QPI Webinar: Preserving and Nurturing Cultural Connections in Children and Families, Wednesday, November 29, 2017, 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm (Eastern)


This training will focus on the importance of culture in shaping values, beliefs, self-awareness, and value for others. Utilizing the principle of cultural humility, parents and professionals have an opportunity to foster mutual respect and positive cross-cultural relationships. We will discuss diversity as a rich resource that we all have access to, and explore ways to nurture healthy cultural identity in children. A Q&A session will follow the presentation.
