DCF Celebrates Florida Child Welfare Professionals Recognition Day

Although their titles may vary - Case Manager, Child Protective Investigator, Adoption Specialist or Social Worker - these professionals play an important role in the life of children. Child Welfare Professionals are responsible for ensuring that our children live free from maltreatment, enjoy long-term, secure relationships within strong families and communities, are physically and emotionally healthy, and socially competent, and that families nurture, protect, and meet the needs of their children.

Take a moment to thank a dedicated Child Welfare Professional who has answered the call to serve and protect vulnerable children and families.
