Results-Oriented Accountability

Tell Us How We’re Doing!

There have recent updates on Florida’s Center for Child Welfare, the Quality Assurance tab has been renamed to “Results-Oriented Accountability”.  Within this tab you will find that a new page has been added, providing an overview of the Results-Oriented Accountability Program required by s. 409.997(2), F.S.  Click Here to view the overview page.

There is also a new topic heading within the menu for Performance Management which currently includes the Child Welfare Key Indicators Monthly Report.  In the future this heading will also contain Special Projects and information on Institutional Review Board.

The Center is continuously striving to better serve your needs. Reflecting on your personal experience using the Center’s Web Services, please respond to our monthly survey.
