Webinar: Just in Time Training: Understanding Termination of Parental Rights for Foster Parents, August 21, 10:30-11:30AM (Eastern). Presented by David Silverstein, Assistant Attorney General. Foster Parents will learn the legal basis for termination of parental rights and understand their role in termination of parental rights legal proceedings. Foster Parents will be able to ask a dependency attorney questions they have regarding the termination of parental rights.
